We combine the latest technology with over 40 years’ experience in the waste industry to offer responsible and reliable waste management solutions. Serving domestic and commercial clients of all sizes, we offer prompt waste collections and removals.

We take waste management very seriously and all waste is processed at our independently-operated waste transfer stations in Mitcham and Wimbledon, where we aim to recycle 100 per cent of the contents. By investing in people, equipment and technology, we can recover the highest percentage of recyclable materials at the lowest costs to our customers.

Our transfer stations are manned by trained and licensed professionals who work diligently to make sure all waste is disposed of in the most appropriate manner. For example, for bulk removal of soils, we have a technical team to approve soil reports for waste acceptance.

Thanks for making it easy!  Your driver polite and helpful which was really appreciated. Will definitely recommend.

A premier waste management service: What we do with your waste

Here at Maguire, we segregate all mixed construction and general waste into different categories. We operate ethically and fully comply with all regulations, giving you complete confidence that we will deal with your waste responsibly.

Here are just some of the products that we remove and how they are reused:

  • Wood: This is re-used for a range of purposes, including simple heating fuel, biomass, animal bedding and chipboard manufacture.

  • Hard core: This is sent on for a variety of uses within the construction trade.

  • Soil and rubble: These products are screened and chemically tested and depending on quality, sent to land restoration and landscaping projects.

  • Metals: Ferrous and non-ferrous metals are sent to plants where they are melted and turned onto different products.

  • Glass: Some is ground down for construction projects and most is melted to be re-made into glass.

  • RDF: We send residual waste onto companies that specialise in the production of refuse derived fuel (RDF).

  • Plastics: These are cleaned, sorted and shredded and then often used in a different types of manufacturing.

Having our own waste transfer stations means that we are in complete control of all the waste that we collect. By using Maguire, you can be sure that all waste will be handled responsibly.
